Ate at Ristorante dal Pescatore, it's not very far from the venue. The personnel were excellent and hospitable.

The outdated room and bathroom. the noise level was high due to ventilation next to our room, and we had difficulty checking in due to a busy restaurant.

I recently stayed at Hotel Grotto Bagat for an extended weekend by Lugano Lake. The location was perfect, offering easy access to both Lombardy and the Swiss Villages around Lugano. Parking was no problem and the hotel's kitchen served a wide variety of delicious local cuisine. The price/value ratio was excellent, and the staff was very friendly, even when my dog had a little accident in the reception area. My kids loved it too, and we will definitely be coming back.

We had no parking problems, which was a relief. the hotel's kitchen offered a wide variety of delicious local cuisine, and the price was excellent considering the value we received. the staff, especially the lady at the reception, were incredibly friendly and hospitable. We even had a little accident with our dog, but they handled it with no issues. The kids loved it, and we are definitely planning to come back in the future.
